At Pawsitive Studio, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy helps us manage appointments fairly for all clients.

Deposit for New Clients:
- A £20 deposit is required for all new clients at the time of booking.
- This deposit will be applied to the total service cost on the day of the appointment. If the appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or in case of a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation Timeframe:
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

No Shows:
- If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge the full price of the scheduled service.

Late Arrivals:
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a rescheduling fee may apply.

Refunds:
- Refunds are only available if the service is canceled by Pawsitive Studio due to unforeseen circumstances. Deposits or pre-payments may be held as credit for future appointments.
